There are some important things to keep in mind while practicing yoga. There are some things that need to be taken care of before going to a yoga class or learning a new yoga.

♦ Use a clean and comfortable mat when doing yoga.
♦ Wear clean and comfortable clothes while doing yoga
♦ Carry a napkin or handkerchief.
♦ If women or men have long hair, use a rubber band so that they do not interfere while yoga.
♦ Carry a clean water bottle with you.
♦ Do yoga in the morning on an empty stomach and after cleansing the stomach. It has very good results.
♦ Asanas should be done three months after normal delivery and six months after cesarean.
♦ Do yoga only on the advice of an instructor or if you have previous experience. This is because the wrong posture can have a bad effect on your body or if you have a fever, you should consult an instructor and decide whether to do yoga or not.
♦ The most important thing when doing yoga is that you should do it in an open environment. the room should be clean, quiet, and with plenty of sunlight. In summer, it is best to do yoga on the balcony or in the garden.
♦ Asanas should be done at either one time in the morning or at present but it is better to do it in the morning. You can do yoga in the evening but you should not eat anything for three hours before doing yoga.
♦ Initially doing yoga for 20 minutes is good for your body. But if you are doing regular yoga, you can do yoga for half an hour or more to relax your body.
♦ You should feel a kind of excitement, vitality, and happiness after studying the asanas. If you feel lethargic, heavy, or trembling, then you should consult a trainer or an expert to find out if there is something wrong with the seat.
♦ Do not stop and drink water while doing yoga. If you do this, you will have to face a cold, cough, or other problems. Avoid drinking water from the fridge.
♦Some people have trouble doing yoga, they should do yoga only after consulting their instructor.
♦ Some people find it difficult to do yoga at the beginning, they should stress as much as their body will relax at the beginning. Do not give too much stress. After regular practice, you can gradually increase the time (stress).
♦ When doing yoga, the ground should be flat. Do not do yoga on the sofa on the bed.
♦ Breathe at the beginning and end of the asana. Breathing is not required at the end of each asana but if you still feel very tired then breathe to relax the body.
♦ Do not talk to anyone while doing asanas. Good results are obtained only by doing asanas with a calm and concentrated mind, focusing on breathing.
♦ Women should not do yoga if they are bleeding more during menstruation.
♦ Do not do difficult asanas like Kapalbhati during pregnancy.
